We prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds on earrings.
However, we understand that a change of mind can occur, and we want to ensure you still have a piece you love.
Exchange & Credit Note Policy
Earrings can be exchanged for another pair of equal or lesser value within 10 days of purchase. Alternatively, we can provide a store credit note for future purchases.
Conditions For Exchange Or Credit
The earrings must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Exchanges and credit notes are subject to stock availability.
How To Request an Exchange Or Credit
- Email us at hello@ginchynewyork.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange or return for a credit note.
- We will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the item to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a store credit at no additional cost. Ginchy is not responsible for earrings that are damaged due to poor care once received.
